Question:  The LCD screen is too dark, how can I adjust the brightness of the LCD screen?
Answer:  You can check the brightness of the screen by pressing the (Fn)+(F11) and (F12) keys.
Question:  How can I use the numeric keypad on my laptop?
Answer:  Click the numeric/symbol keys to input the desired keys after starting the keyboard. Press (Fn+NumLk) key to enable the keypad, the light indicates that the keypad is active; press (Fn+NumLk) key again to disable the keypad.
Question:  My laptop can't detect the Wireless LAN Module
Answer:  Your Notebook PC comes with a built-in WiFi wireless card that you can activate by pressing (Fn)+(F2). When the wireless network is turned on, the WiFi Indicator will light up and the WiFi icon will appear at the right-bottom corner of the desktop.
Question:  How can I activate the Bluetooth on my laptop?
Answer:  Click the right button of the mouse on the icon of "My Network places" on the desktop and select "Properties" to enter the window. Double-click the mouse on the icon of "Bluetooth Network Connect" to activate the Bluetooth function.
Question:  There is no display on the external monitor when after I connected it to the external VGA port of my laptop.
Answer:  1.Turn off the Notebook PC and insert the 15-pin D-sub monitor plug to the external monitor.
2.Turn on the Notebook PC.
3.Hold down (Fn)+(F10) to Shift between LCD Screen and external monitor.
Question:  How to turn off the Notebook PC when the halted system cannot warm boot?
Answer:  Press the POWER button and hold 4 or 6 seconds to turn off the Notebook PC.
Question:  How to check the Notebook PC if it cannot be turned off?
Answer:  1.If the power is low, connect to the electric outlets.
2.Check that the video display system is not in the external monitor mode.
3.Make sure the indicator of the adapter turns on and the adapter works well.
4.Remove the U disk, SD card and any other external device.
Question:  After entering standby mode, why can't the system reactivate? How do I check this problem?
Answer:  Your system might be on Suspend Mode, defined as when a computer saves the current state of the system in RAM and then switches off power to the CPU. During Suspend Mode, the power indicator light is flashing. Then to restart the system, simply press the power button.
Question:  Why can't the system be recovered?
Answer:  It may be due to one of the following:

1.Damage from External memory or built-in memory: If the data are saved to an error memory address, the data cannot be restored.
2.Incompatible external device: The system may enter the standby mode and cannot resume, when the incompatible external device is connected to the Notebook PC.
3.Error from drive program or application program: The system may refuse to operate some files (file formats: .dll, .sys, .exe and so on.) and enter the standby mode or hibernate mode. If the incompatible application program will be refused by the operating system, the system may fail to recover.
Question:  How to check the system if it can't be recovered?
Answer:  1.Remove the external devices and their device program.
2.Refresh BIOS system
3.Refresh the appropriate program.
4.Remove the error application program.
5.Reinstall the operating system.
6.Send back the Notebook PC for checking.
Question:  How to prolong the life of the Battery Pack?
Answer:  1. Adjust the brightness of the LCD Screen to proper level.
2. Turn down the volume.
3. Make the appropriate setting in the Power Management menu.
Question:  If the image isn’t clear...
Answer:  Check that the lens is clear or not. If not, clean with the soft cloth.
Question:  If the camera is moving slowly...
Answer:  The camera needs some light when gathering the data and the speed will be slow if the light condition isn’t good. Please adjust the screen position of the Notebook PC or the position of the user.

The image display also shall be slower by the heavy loading for the system when the many applications are running. Please close the unused procedure.
Question:  There is no web camera detected on my system
Answer:  Install the web camera driver. Hold down the Fn + F1 to turn on or off the camera function.
Question:  The sound cannot be heard or the volume is very low
Answer:  The volume might be set too low. Check the volume control in the Volume Control Panel in the Windows taskbar, or use the key combination Fn + F4 and F5 to adjust
Question:  What are the flash memory cards supported by the built-in card reader
Answer:  Secure Digital, Multi-Media Card, Memory Stick.
Question:  How can I prolong the battery life of my notebook?
Answer:  1.Take the card from the Express Card port when the Notebook PC does not connect to the electric outlets in order to save the power of Battery Pack.
2.The ideal working temperature is from 20℃ to 30℃. A ny temperatures above or below this range will shorten the actual usage time of the Battery Pack.
3.After charging the Battery Pack completely, keep the Battery Pack in the Notebook PC. It will stop charging if the Battery Pack is fully charged and not be damaged.
4.DO NOT leave the Battery Pack discharged over three month, the Battery Pack will be damaged, it must continue to be charge every three months, as well as the spare Battery Pack.
5.Store the Battery Pack in cool and dry place, the ideal temperature is from 10℃ to 30℃. The Battery Pack will discharge quickly in hot environment and the life of the Battery Pack will be shortened.
6.DO NOT often plug or pull the Adapter from the electric outlets, it is the best way to prolong the Battery Pack’s life.
